An accomplished educator and administrator currently serving as the Community Extension and NSTP OIC Director and Assistant Professor 3 at the National University of Dasmariñas. He is pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration at De La Salle University-Dasmariñas and holds a master’s in business administration with a specialization in marketing management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (2020). In 2016, he graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, majoring in marketing management, from the National University of Manila.

Manuel has extensive professional experience, including roles as a senior high school teacher at Jose Rizal University and an NSTP professional lecturer from 2019 to 2021. He has been in academia for almost three years, following a three-year tenure in the food industry as an assistant store manager. His career highlights include initiating and leading significant community projects and programs, securing partnerships, and receiving recognition for his community contributions. Manuel is proficient in various technical skills and possesses strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
